Card payments are charged in US dollars (USD). Enter the fee amount your teacher gave you, in dollars. There is nothing for you to convert.
If your bank account is in another currency, your bank converts from US dollars automatically at their exchange rate. Some banks add their usual foreign transaction fee.
Paying by PayPal instead? PayPal charges in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and will show you the amount and currency before you confirm. If you would rather send an exact amount in your own currency, WhatsApp us and we will arrange a bank transfer.
Life happens. If you give us 24 hours notice, we'll try to reschedule your session into another slot within the same month. We don't record our classes (out of respect for the other students' privacy), you're welcome to record your own lesson for personal use only. We don't offer monetary refunds for individual missed classes, but we're flexible and fair. Just keep us informed.
Yes. Give us notice before the next monthly billing cycle and we'll stop your enrollment. No lock in contracts, no cancellation fees. If you want to pause for a month due to travel or exams, just let us know and we'll hold your slot.
